Navigator 4WD V8-5.4L SOHC VIN L (1998)
6. Remove the air spring retainer.
7. Lift the bottom of the air spring from the rear axle and remove the air spring.
8. Twist air spring solenoid and remove.
NOTE: Inspect air spring solenoid O-rings and replace as necessary.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
NOTE:

Be sure the new air spring solenoid is fully seated into both stages of the air spring.

After installing the solenoid it is necessary to inflate the air suspension system. See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Inflating and Deflating
