Removal and Installation
1. Remove the camshafts.
2. Remove the remaining camshaft roller followers from the cylinder head being serviced.
3. CAUTION: If the components are to be reinstalled, they must be installed in the same positions. Mark the components for installation into the
original locations.
Remove the hydraulic lash adjusters that are being serviced.
4. Inspect the hydraulic lash adjusters.
5. NOTE: Lubricate each of the hydraulic lash adjusters with clean engine oil prior to installation.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
