Throttle Cable
ACCELERATOR CABLE
REMOVAL
1.
Remove air intake duct assembly.
2.
Remove cable snap-in nylon bushing from pedal arm.
3.
Remove the body insulation retainer from the cable housing. The retainer is located inside the vehicle where the housing passes through the dash
panel into the passenger compartment.
4.
Disconnect cable at throttle body throttle lever by inserting a screwdriver between cable and throttle lever and giving a twist.
5.
Remove cable housing to engine mounting bracket retaining screw.
