Clutch Pulley Removal
4. Pull the pulley and the bearing assembly from compressor. Use Tools T8OL-19703-G and D81P-19703-B or equivalent, if the pulley cannot be
removed from compressor by hand.
Clutch Pulley Bearing Removal
5. Position largest opening of Tool T80L-19703-E or equivalent over the hub of the pulley to support the pulley. Then, drive bearing from pulley
with Tool T80L-19703-J or equivalent.
INSTALLATION
Clutch Pulley Bearing Installation
1. Place the clutch pulley friction face on small opening of Tool T80L-19703-E or equivalent as shown.
2. Position the new bearing to the clutch bearing bore and install the bearing in the bore until seated with Tool T80L-19703-C or equivalent. Be sure
