Cap the nipple fitting on the throttle body, Using a 3/8" rubber cap (C9AZ-9C492-A). Refer to Figure 2.

Drill a one inch diameter hole at a location through the dirty side section of the air cleaner so the filter-pack will not interfere with the air cleaner
element or the upper half of the air cleaner box. This will assure proper assembly. Refer to Figure 3.

Install PCV filter-pack (E7TZ-9D695-A) inside the the air cleaner box.

5.

Install elbow (384411-S) to filter pack assembly.

6.

Install clip (D1AZ-9E628-B) to retain PCV filter pack.

Reroute this PCV hose from the throttle body nipple to the dirty side of the air cleaner. Refer to Figure 2.

NOTE:

ROUTE THE 3/8" RUBBER HOSE TO AVOID ANY KINKS OR VALLEYS IN THE HOSE.

8.

Connect the rubber hose to the elbow and filter pack assembly. Refer to Figure 1.
