Fuel Injection Supply Manifold Assembly: Service and Repair
1.
Remove upper intake manifold assembly as previously described.
2.
Disconnect fuel crossover hose from fuel supply manifold using tool No. T81P-19623-G or G1 or equivalent.
3.
Disconnect fuel supply and return line connections from fuel supply manifold, then remove fuel supply manifold attaching bolts.
4.
Remove manifold and fuel injectors as an assembly.
5.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque manifold attaching bolts to 6 - 8 ft. lbs.
