ISSUE:
A "groaning" noise from the window regulator during operation may be caused by a binding condition at the regulator. This is caused by
irregular wear patterns and burrs on the cam guide tracking surface and roller assembly. The binding condition may not let the window
travel to the full-up postion.
ACTION:
Install a new roller and cam on each front door window regulator. The new cams are made out of a harder material. Refer to the following
procedure for service details.
