PINPOINT TEST I: THE REAR AUDIO AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL (RATC) MODULE DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE SCAN

Normal Operation
The rear audio and temperature control (RATC) module communicates with the scan tool through the standard corporate protocol (SCP)
communication network. Circuits 914 (TN/OG) (SCP +) and 915 (PK/LB) (SCP-) provide the network connection to the RATC module. The RATC
module shares the SCP network with the lighting control module (LCM), the driver seat module (DSM) (if equipped), the driver door module (DDM),
the HVAC module and the instrument cluster (IC). Voltage for the RATC module is provided by circuit 1499 (PK/LG). Circuit 676 (PK/OG) provides
ground.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
