Alarm Module: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
NOTE: Electronic modules are sensitive to electrostatic charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the ignition lock cylinder.

Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder and turn to the Run position.

Insert a punch in the access hole of the steering column shroud and press the release tab while pulling out the ignition lock cylinder.
3. Remove the tilt wheel handle and shank.
4. Position aside the parking brake release handle.

Remove the screw.
