5. Rotate the speed control actuator cable cap until the locking tab engages.
6. Connect the speed control actuator cable to the throttle lever.

Install the bolt.

Connect the speed control actuator cable to the throttle lever by snapping into place.
7. Adjust the speed control actuator cable.
8. Install the engine cover.

Position the engine cover.

Install the nut.
