Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

Special Tools

Removal 

1. Remove the engine cooling fan and fan shroud.
2. Remove the drive belt.

3. Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt.

4. Use the Crankshaft Damper Remover to remove the crankshaft pulley.

Installation 

NOTE:  The crankshaft pulley must be installed within four minutes after applying the silicone. Apply silicone to the woodruff key slot on the
crankshaft pulley.
