Town Car V8-4.6L SOHC VIN W (1999)
13. Remove the lower LH instrument cowl side bolt
14. Reposition the instrument panel rearwards.
NOTE: Repositioning the instrument panel requires two technicians.
15. Cut the insulator and position away from the actuator.
16. Disconnect the connector.
