Town Car V8-4.6L SOHC VIN W (1999)
4. Remove the instrument cluster finish panel bolts.
5. Remove the instrument cluster finish panel bolts.
6. Pull out and position aside the instrument cluster finish panel.
7. Disconnect the electric clock electrical connector.
