Town Car V8-4.6L VIN V Flex Fuel (2006)
Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the 2 bolts and the intake manifold shield.

To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).
3. Disconnect the tube fitting at the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system module.

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
4. Disconnect the tube nut at the exhaust manifold.

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
5. Remove the EGR tube system module from the vehicle.
