Brake Caliper: Description and Operation
Front
The disc brake calipers:

Are pin slider-type with a steel caliper piston, piston seal and press-in type dust boot.

Are mounted to a front disc brake caliper anchor plate which in turn mounts to the front wheel spindle with two 14 mm (0.55 inch) hex-head bolts.

Slide on lubricated disc brake caliper locating pins that are sealed for life from the elements
