Air Duct: Service and Repair
Rear Seat A/C Evaporator Register Ducts

REMOVAL

1. Remove front seats. Refer to Seats.
2. Remove RH and LH scuff plate covers by pulling up to release clips.
3. Remove three retaining screws from RH and LH scuff plates.
4. Remove retaining screw and disengage LH kick panel from clip behind hood latch handle. Remove LH kick panel.
5. Remove retaining screw and RH kick panel.
6. Remove instrument panel lower insulator from bottom of instrument panel on passenger side by disengaging four push pins and disconnecting

power point electrical connector.

7. Pull carpet back to access rear seat air flow duct.
8. Remove two pushpins retaining rear seat air flow duct. Disengage duct from heater outlet floor duct and remove from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
