2. Adjust toe. If the steering wheel spokes are in their normal position, lengthen or shorten both rods equally to obtain correct toe. If the steering

wheel spokes are not in their normal position, make the necessary rod adjustments to obtain correct toe and steering wheel spoke alignment.
