Horn Switch: Description and Operation
The horn blow switch:

Is mounted in the driver side air bag module.
^
Is operated by pressing the driver side air bag module.
^
Closes the circuit to the horn with the use of a horn relay.

When the horn blow switch is pressed, electrical contact is made which completes the circuit and the horn blows.
If horn switch replacement becomes necessary, replace the driver side air bag module assembly.
