Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Overhaul

INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

CAUTION:

-

Do not drop the instrument cluster or damage the printed board. This will lead to a system malfunction.

1. Perform the instrument cluster configuration when replacing it.  See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the column cover. (upper)  See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Steering Column Cover/Service and Repair

4. Remove the instrument cluster.  See: Removal and Replacement

5. Remove the screws and clips.

6. Remove the screws.

7. Remove the cover.

8. Remove the screws from the cover.
