Rotate throttle position sensor clockwise approximately 30°, then rotate it back counterclockwise until continuity exist Fig. 23.

Replace thickness gage with .027 inch gage and ensure continuity does not exist Fig. 22. If continuity exist, repeat steps 3 and 4.

Tighten two attaching screws. Be careful not to move throttle sensor from set position when tightening screws.
7.
Open throttle valve fully a few times, then recheck adjustment.
