1. Verify customer concern.
2. Confirm lock/unlock by operating the sliding door handle (A).
a. If the handle can lock/unlock, an electrical failure may exist. Proceed to step 3.
b. If the handle cannot lock/unlock, first inspect the connection of the cable and the movement of the link, then replace the remote controller with a
modified one. Proceed to step 4.
