^ ATF leaking from oil seal (A):
- Oil seal lip burning.
- Oil seal lip wear due to adhering foreign matter.
- Oil seal damage and wear in contact area (to shaft) due to shaft runout.
^ ATF leaking from transaxle case surface (B):
- Pin holes in the transaxle case (at time of manufacture).
^ ATF leaking from silicone sealant (C):
- Sealant peeling and burning.
^ ATF leaking from 0-ring (D):
- 0-ring burning.
- Looseness in part installation.
- Incorrect installation (0-ring is not seated to installation surface correctly).
