Rear Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair
REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the following parts:
1. Remove the side door garnish.
2. Remove the rear side trim.
3. Sliding door trim
4. Sliding door glass
5. Rear power window motor
4. Remove the nuts.
5. Insert a hand through the service hole, rotate the drum housing in the direction shown in the figure and disengage the tabs from the sliding door
module.
6. Take the rear window regulator out through the service hole.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION: Make sure the cable does not unspool from the drum housing when installing.
