2. Measure the resistance between terminal A to ignition coil boot socket using a tester.

If not within the specification, replace the ignition coil.
Specification:
5.0-6.0 kohms [25 °C (77 °F}]
Insulation resistance of case
1. Disconnect the ignition coil connector.
2. Measure the insulation resistance between terminal A to ignition coil case using a tester.

If not as specified, replace the ignition coil.
Specification:
10 megohms or more
