EXAMPLE: If the handle failed during the secondary inspection on a vehicle equipped with Advanced Keyless Entry, the replacement part would be the
bracket. The replacement brackets for the front doors on vehicles equipped with Advanced Keyless Entry have been modified to achieve the desired
clearance.*

Record the inspection results in the Door Handle Inspections Results Sheet (Attachment A). This sheet must be attached to the warranty parts return tag
along with the Repair Order.

1. Fill out a blue "Campaign Label" (9999-95-065A-05) with Campaign No: "5209A", your dealer code, today's date, and affix it to the vehicle's
bulkhead as shown in "A. VEHICLE INSPECTION PROCEDURE".
Return vehicle to customer.
