Set the hook on the center between the two pulleys as shown.
2.
Set the gauge parallel to the belt and confirm that the belt is securely held with the hook and is seated correctly on the hangers.
3.
Repeat the measuring at least 3 times and confirm that the readings are not different.
4.
Care should be taken while removing tool after measurement is obtained. If the reset knob interferes with any part of the vehicle, an incorrect
measurement will be obtained.
