Installation and tension adjustment of timing belt
1. Align the timing belt crankshaft pulley and the oil pump body timing mark.
2. The top mark "A" on the camshaft pulley should be at the very top. At this time, the maung mark on the top of the front housing and the top mark
on the camshaft pulley must be in alignment.
3. Install tensioner and loosely tighten the tensioner lock bolts.
4. Attach the tensioner spring.
5. More tensioner fully to the outer side, and partially tighten the lock bolt.
6. Install the timing belt onto the crankshaft pulley and the camshaft pulley, doing so from the tension side (the right side, as viewed from the engine
front) so that the tension is not lost.
Caution:

If the timing belt is being reused, install it so that the arrow put on it when it was removed is pointing in the direction of rotation.
