3.  Turn ignition switch ON (engine off).

Step 3 (except Non-Turbo with MTX)

Disconnect water thermoswitch No.2 connector F-14 and ground terminal-wire (L).

Check the voltage at terminal-wire (Y) of cooling fan motor connector F-09.
