Mass Air Flow Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove in the order shown in the figure, referring to Removal Note.
2. Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal, referring to Installation Note.

1. Fresh air duct
2. Air cleaner
3. Volume air flow sensor
4. Air intake hose
5. Accelerator cable 
6. Fuel pipe
7. Intake manifold
8. Throttle body
9. BAC valve 

10. Air intake pipe
11. Fuel distributor

Removal Note

Fuel Hose

Warning: Fuel line spills and leaks are dangerous. Fuel can ignite and cause serious injuries or death and damage. Fuel can also irritate
skin and eyes. To prevent this, always complete the "Fuel Line Safety Procedures".
