Air Intake Actuator

Air Intake Actuator

1. Remove the glove compartment. 
2. Pull out the air intake actuator by removing the screws.
3. Leave the vehicle harness connected.
4. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
5. Cycle the heater control unit through REC and FRESH modes.
6. Verify that the actuator operates as shown.

1. Disconnect the air intake actuator connector.

2. Connect battery positive voltage to the following terminals of the air intake actuator and check the actuator operation.
3. If not as specified, replace the air intake actuator.
