OWNER NOTIFICATION

Mazda will notify owners by first class mail in four phases beginning April 2002.

PARTS INFORMATION

Parts will be drop-shipped to dealers before the owner notification letters are mailed. The quantity shipped to each dealer will be based on the number of
affected vehicles registered in each dealer's area.

Campaign labels are supplied at no charge and are available in 8 1/2" X 11" sheets containing 18 labels. Please use MNET for ordering additional labels.
