DESCRIPTION
Some glass run channels may shrink over time and pull out of position (up and toward the rear of the vehicle).
Customers complaining of this concern should have the vehicles inspected and if necessary, repaired according to this bulletin.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.

Roll the window down.

2.

Measure the distances between the comer of the glass run channel and the comer of the door sash. Refer to Fig. 1

If the distance is 10 mm or more, proceed to Repair Procedure "A."

If the distance is less than 10 mm, proceed to Repair Procedure "B."

REPAIR PROCEDURE A (10 mm or More) 

1.

Remove the inner door panel on the affected door. Refer to section S of the workshop manual.

2.

Remove glass run channel.

3.

Remove all factory adhesive residue with isopropyl alcohol.
