3.

Inspect the striker plate and latch for proper alignment. Center the striker plate to the center of the trunk latch if necessary.

4.

Adjust the striker plate upward by 1 mm. Make sure the latch is kept parallel to the center of the trunk latch opening.

Tightening torque

Tightening Torque: 12.7 Nm (130 kgf.cm, 112 in. lbs.)
