1.

If the gap appears in the rear of the sunroof, loosen the panel mount screw on the side of the sunroof.

2.

Place a spacer (3 mm (.12in.)) in the front opening of the sunroof and close normally. (Fig. 3)

NOTE:

Spacer should be made of rubber or equivalent to prevent body damage.

Tighten panel mount screws.

Repeat for other (left or right) side.

It the gap is in the front or rear, loosen the two mounting screws on the side of the sunroof.

2.

Apply pressure in the direction the sunroof needs adjusting while tightening the mounting screws.

3.

Repeat for other (left or right) side.

4.

Inspect the weatherstrip around the outside of the sunroof panel. If the weatherstrip seam has separated creating a gap, take in the slack and pull
the ends back together.

5.

Glue the weather strip in place to eliminate the gap. (Refer to Fig. 4)
