WARNING: Relieve fuel system pressure. Keep sparks, cigarettes, and open flames away when replacing fuel system components.
1.
Drain cooling system and remove components in order shown.
2.
Inspect intake air system components and repair or replace as necessary.
3.
Install in reverse order.

Installing Manifold Nuts And Washers
1.
Install intake manifold washers with white paint mark up.
Manifold Torque Sequence
2.
Tighten nuts in 2 steps in sequence shown. Torque to 14 - 19 ft lb (19 - 25 Nm).
