Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Service and Repair

Pulsation Damper Replacement

Warning

Circuit Opening (Fuel Pump) Relay Location

^  Before performing the following procedures, release the fuel pressure from the fuel system to reduce the possibility of injury or fire.
^  Install the connector with the larger diameter bore toward the pulsation damper.

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2.  Remove the dynamic chamber.

3.  Remove the pulsation damper.
4.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
