Fuel Supply Line: Description and Operation

Fuel Hoses

Fuel hoses are made of a type of rubber that is resistant to fuels and solvents. Hoses for fuel injection applications may appear the same as standard fuel
hoses but are not. Fuel injection hose is made with much more braided reinforcement built in, to withstand the high pressure of fuel injection systems.

WARNING:Never use standard type fuel hose for fuel injection applications. Standard type hose will burst, creating hazard of personal injury

and fire.
