DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles may experience window chatter/shudder when the window travels up or down.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Remove door trim panel following MS3 online or Workshop Manual (section 09-12 DOOR TRIM PANEL -FRONT).
2. Inspect window run and verify that it has a thin film of grease. Add grease if necessary using locally sourced Multi-Purpose Grease or Motorcraft(R)
Multi-Purpose Grease XG-4. (Figure 1)
