2. Disconnect the cruise control cable.

Disconnect the cable from the throttle lever.

-

Depress the tabs and separate the cruise control cable from the intake manifold.

Vehicles with 3.0L engine

1. Disconnect the air cleaner outlet tube from the throttle body.

2. Remove the bolt and the accelerator control splash shield.

3. Disconnect the cruise control cable and remove the cable from the bracket.
