Suspension Design Height Setting
SUSPENSION DESIGN HEIGHT SETTING
Note:

Make sure the vehicle is on a flat, level surface, such as a drive-on hoist.
1. Jounce the vehicle's front and rear suspension to normalize the vehicle static ride height.
2. Measure the ride height. See CAMBER AND CASTER ADJUSTMENT.

The torsion bar adjusting bolt is coated with a thread locking compound that wears off after disassembly. If the torsion bar system is ever
disassembled or if the torsion bar adjusting bolt is ever removed, use a new torsion bar adjusting bolt when assembling.
3. Adjust the ride height as follows:

To increase the ride height, tighten the torsion bar adjusting bolt.

To decrease the ride height, loosen the torsion bar adjusting bolt.
