B2300 L4-2.3L (2008)
1. Loosen the bolt.
2. Disconnect and position aside the compressor manifold and tube assembly.
3. Discard the O-ring seals.
4. Disconnect the manifold and tube from the receiver/drier. See A/C SPRING LOCK COUPLING.

Discard the O-ring seals.
5. Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly from the compressor to condenser discharge line and remove the compressor manifold
and tube assembly.

Discard the O-ring seal.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

If a new compressor manifold and tube assembly is to be installed, transfer the pressure cutoff switch to the new compressor manifold and tube
assembly.

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean refrigerant oil. See A/C REFRIGERANT OIL ADDITION.
7. Evacuate, leak test, and charge the refrigerant system. See A/C REFRIGERANT SYSTEM TESTS. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Testing
