7. Install and align the oil pan.
8. Loosely install the oil pan bolts.
9. Tighten the oil pan bolts in a crisscross pattern.
Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
10. If equipped, position the servo heat shield over the servos and clip it to the pan rail.
Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
Note:

When filling a dry transmission and converter start with a minimum of 3.7 liters (4 quarts) of clean automatic transmission fluid.
11. Fill transmission with clean automatic transmission fluid to the correct fluid level.
12. Apply the parking brake and start the engine
13. Move the transmission range gear selector lever through all the gears.
14. Check the transmission fluid level.
