B2300 L4-2.3L VIN D (2004)
2. Install the propeller shaft flange yoke.
1) Start a new bearing cup into the propeller shaft flange yoke.
2) Position the propeller shaft flange yoke.
3) Position the propeller shaft in U-Joint Tool SST 205-086 (T74P-4635-C) or equivalent.
4) Press the bearing cup to just below the snap ring groove.
5) Repeat for the other bearing cup.

Use the yellow snap rings supplied to assemble the universal joint. If difficulty is encountered with yellow snap rings, install the black snap
rings.
3. Remove the propeller shaft from U-Joint Tool SST 205-086 (T74P-4635-C) or equivalent and install the four snap rings.
Note:

Do not strike the bearings.
4. Check the universal joints for freedom of movement.
1) If binding, strike the yoke with a brass or plastic hammer.
5. Install the propeller shaft.
