Front Door Window Glass: Service and Repair
1. Remove door trim panel and watershield.
2. Raise glass to full up position.
3. Remove in the order shown in the figure.
REMOVAL NOTE

Rivets

Lower glass to gain access to front window channel bracket and rivets.
NOTE
^
Use care when drilling not to damage glass bracket and spacer/retainers.

Remove center pin from rivets using drift punch. Then, use 6.35 mm (1/4-inch) drill and drill out each rivet.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
