Heater Plenum Assembly (Without A/C)
Heater Plenum Assembly (Without A/C) Removal/Installation
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove heater hoses from heater core tubes and plug hoses.
3. Remove the heater blower motor.
4. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Dashboard See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair
5. Remove the heater plenum assembly rearward from the dash panel and from the vehicle.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
