4. Using Forcing Screw T78P-5638-A1, Pivot Bushing Remover T80T-5638-A2 and Receiver Cup T78P5638-A3, or equivalents remove the

pivot bushing.

INSPECTION 

Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.

INSTALLATION 

Install the reverse order of removal, referring to the following:

Pivot Bushing (5) 
1. Install the pivot bushing in the axle using Bushing Replacer T82T-3006-A, or equivalent.
2. Lower the vehicle and tighten the pivot bushing and nut to 150 - 200 Nm (111 - 148 ft. lbs.).

Pivot Bracket (4) 

NOTE:  The correct nuts for this application have an undercut to provide clearance for the bolt knurl. Use correct nuts or install one 5 mm (0.20
inch) thick hardened washer under each nut if a standard nut is used. 

Tighten torque: 98 - 132 Nm (72 - 98 ft. lbs.).
