Parking Brake Warning Switch: Service and Repair
Removal
NOTE

The parking brake switch for this vehicle is located on the parking brake pedal assembly.
1. From under the dashboard, disconnect the wire from the switch.
2. Remove the screw securing the switch to the pedal assembly and remove the switch.
Installation
1. Position the switch carefully, making sure that the locator tab on switch is in locator hole on parking brake control assembly. Tighten the retaining
screw.
2. Connect the wire to the switch and test for parking brake light operation.
