10. Install the sector cover washer and bolts and tighten to 43 - 54 Nm (32 - 40 ft. lbs.).
NOTE: Do not torque the bolts unless there is lash between the sector shaft and worm-shaft. Lash can be obtained by turning the screw
counterclockwise.
11. Adjust the steering gear preload and mesh-load.
