Transmission Mode Switch: Description and Operation
COMPONENT
Transmission Control Switch (TCS)
FUNCTION
Outputs key-power whenever TCS is cycled to PCM.
PCM controls the following:
1. Transmission control indicator lamp
2. Torque converter clutch
3. Coast clutch
REMARKS
Uses a momentary contact switch.
