Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair
Crankshaft Pulley
Removal
1. Remove the fan and shroud.
2. Remove the drive belt.
3. Remove the valve cover.
4. Set the No. 1 piston to TDC and install the Camshaft Alignment Plate 303-376.
5. Remove the plug bolt.
6. Install the Engine Timing Peg 303-507.
7. Install an M6 bolt into the crankshaft pulley to verify the engine timing.
